Chef’s on the Mezz is Delray Beach Market’s monthly culinary education demo series, featuring a top local chef showcasing dishes from thier establishments. This complimentary culinary affair will feature cooking demos, education and of course… EATING!
This month, we feature Chef Joe Zanelli from the highly anticipaced Pineapple Grove newcomer The Ray Hotel, where he holds court as the Executive Chef of Ember Grill and Rosewater Rooftop. Chef Joe will introduce you to the amazing culimary offerings at the soon-to-be Pineapple Grove hotspot, and you’ll get to taste two of his signature dishes which he will prepare in front of you that night in our classroom setting. Grab a drink from the adjacent Mezzanine bar, settle in and prepare your pallette for pure Joy, as Chef Joe Zanelli demonstrates the preparation of his Sweet Corn Ravioli and Creekstone Farms Signature NY Strip.
