Welcome to where suds meet sausage. Delray Craft is the craft beer haven known for its vast selections of refreshing lagers, strong stouts, amber ales and hoppy IPAs. The local brews are only half the story, as an adjoining kitchen produces fresh, perfectly made sausages. The salivating-inducing concept is deeply personal project for founder Andy Masi, having grown up the son of a butcher and learning the craft from his father. As a child, Andy often helped his father by stuffing sausages in the family basement so that they could be sold to preferred clients. As a tribute to his father, Delray Craft’s kitchen is called Alpine 210 Sausage, the name of the butcher shop where Andy’s father worked. With Alpine 210 Sausage making links the old-fashioned way, guests can select from a variety of daily sausages, including bratwursts, Cajun andouille, smoked chicken sausage or a traditional polish kielbasa. In addition to the sausage offerings, Delray Craft’s menu also includes bar favorites, such as pigs in a blanket or an oversized Bavarian pretzel with sweet and spicy mustard. Delray Craft and Alpine 210 Sausage is the “link” to the past and the future.
